Among the many aromas we produce, the Emulsified Aromas are the ones we love to define with super powers. Velvety, colorless and characterized by fragrances that manage to perfectly incorporate into the dough, their secret is then to favor the leavening.
FEATURES & COMPOSITION
Obtained by mixing natural cold extracts with emulsifiers that are able to stabilize the hydrated phase with the extracts, as well as giving them the power to improve the leavening of the doughs in which it is inserted.
The Emulsified Aromas are therefore particularly suitable for flavoring leavened doughs such as panettone, croissants but also sponge cake.
