OUR COFFEE BATH ...
Coffee is a syrup that we obtain from the distillation of coffee beans, mixed with coffee infusion and then processed to make it ideal for use in pastry. Ideal for soaking ladyfingers (or pavesini) used for tiramisu, or to make cakes to which you want to give the characteristic coffee flavor.
