OUR MARASCHINO ...
The one with Maraschino is one of the most popular baths in our wide repertoire. From the distillation of morello cherries, a typical cherry of the Zadar area (where Maraschino originates, not by chance) we obtain a sweet infusion characterized by more bitter notes typical of these fruits. This infusion is then suitably mixed to obtain one of the most used baths in pastry laboratories.
As well as for moistening sweets, thanks to its flavor, we also recommend it to give a more particular taste to ice creams or fruit salads.
